Cherie, I'm not sure what method she used. I prefer to crochet slip stitch when I sew in my set in sleeves. It is easier to "ease" them and if I make mistake, it's easy to remove the stitches and try again. Quick question regarding Eileen using a sewing machine to sew the sleeves in. Did she use a regular straight stitch or zigzag on her sewing machine; or, did she use a chain stitch on either her serger or coverstitch machine? Just wondering what she used and what would be best. I think the chain stitch would be best, as that seems to be what manufacturers use and is similar to linking machines.
