General Reference Patterns Techniques
The Handbook For Manual Machine Knitters
2016 - Thunder Bay, ON - by Mary Anne Oger
A book with guidance for creating manual patterning. It also has information on preparing yarn, cast ons, decreasing and increasing.
I remembered I had this book after I struggled figuring out how to do Tuck manually on my Elna EK2300 bulky machine. I had read the book cover to cover a few years ago. I forgot about it.
The instructions for tuck were excellent and had I remembered the book when I started, it would have been easier. I am keeping this book on my table as I familiarize myself with this machine, and any other machines.

I have this book and LOVE it. Before I joined Knit it Now, this book was the first to really give me guidance on knitting - the photos are black and white, so they aren't great - but there is a wealth of information and techniques in the book - and I love a book for a reference.
