End needles on manual machines (LK-150)

When manually selecting needles, take care to avoid selecting the end needles. The same issues that occur with automatic patterning (dropped stitches and wavy edges) apply if you pattern the very end needle on a manual machine.

Make sure that end needle knits every time to prevent problems.
