Knit 2 strands of yarn together and let the machine position them so you view one color on one side of the knitting and the 2nd color on the other side of the knitting.

This technique is also called Platting or Plating.
This technique can be used on both the single and double bed. It's a great way to bulk up finer yarns and play with color and texture
