My manual never explained what all the arrow heads on my needle bed marker strip mean. I’d love a tutorial on how to use those best. Also, mine is chipping and I looked on EBay for replacements and, wow, there are all different types! Here’s an example: (link updated!) https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F303435042507

Hi Dayna,
When replacing the needle strips, you just need to be sure it is designed for your gauge of machine. ... 4.5mm 6mm 9 mm etc
I've never paid attention to the arrows on the strip ... hopefully someone else has suggestions for you.

Dayna, that URL shows me a hole punch! The strip on the machine I have up at the moment doesn't have the arrows, but as I remember they indicate the position of the sets of 24 needles engaged by a punchcard.

That’s interesting because my machine isn’t made for punch cards! 🤣
