Brother kh260 knitting machine I wanted to know on dak If i make a lace punch card will I have to manipulate the stitch or how does it work or will i have to tranfer stitch I don't think they have lace carriage for that machine

Yes, you will have to hand transfer the stitches. The lace carriages were only designed for standard gauge machines.
Because Brother machines pre-select needles, it is possible to create a punchcard to select the needles you need to transfer.
The secret is instructing DAK which needles to select.
You wouldn't use the DAK lace feature, you would create your stitch pattern with selecting and de-selecting needles only (no stitch smart symbols)
The card wouldn't tell you what direction to transfer but having the punchcard select the needles would eliminate some counting of needles.
This trick is for Brother/Knit King machines only.
