I have a Brother KH820 and last night when I was in full swing knitting hats a small piece fell out of the carriage. I attach a picture indicating the offending part. I managed to keep it all intact but obviously have replaced it incorrectly as it is still not running along the bed. I have found no one close to where I live (Dublin, Ireland) who repairs knitting machines so am left to my own efforts.
If anyone has a KH820 could they post a picture of the part correctly in place so I can try solve the problem. Many thanks. Josephine
Nov 28...managed to fix it and it is now working fine. Hurrah!

Check out the Irish machine knitters guild, there's a lady who is part of the guild, sure it's Liz, who might be able to help you.
Just for future reference if you run into any problems.
