Tuck Lace Challenge

Try out this beautiful stitch pattern. (Remember the needles out of work remain out of work throughout the entire sample)

1. Pull out 39 stitches (or an odd number)
2. Push every other needle to "A" (out of work position) keeping the edge needles in working position
3. Cast on over the needles in work (every other needle)
4. Hang your cast on comb
5. Knit 2 rows
6. Hang claw weight
7. From the needles that are in working position, pull every other needle to hold position
8. Set the carriage to hold in both directions
9. Knit 4 rows
10. Cancel Hold
11. Knit 1 row (all needles should knit)
12. Working with the needles in work, pull out the opposite set of every other needles to hold position
13. Set carriage to hold
14. Knit 4 rows
15. Cancel Hold
16. Knit 1 row

Repeat this sequence 8-10 times. Bind off or drop the swatch from the machine.
